"Why", "It's Time", and "Envy" are now available on Smashwords.com​"Why" was inspired by actual events.  While living in Midland I was the morning news and was shocked by one of the stories.  An Odessa man was threatening suicide.  The police responded by calling a SWAT team to the scene.  He had a gun to his own head and now he had nipers aiming at him.  That has never m​ade any sense to me.  Luckily the actual event ended peacefully with everyone either going home or to an institution.  The hospital scene is an almost exact copy of an experience I had at the ER in Midland.

"Envy" was inspired by a friend of mine.  At the time he owned a beautiful blue Mustang with white racing stripes.  It wasn't a Shelby but I was in love with that car nonetheless.  While every other guy admired his girlfriend I ogled his Mustang.

Working on getting some flash fiction published on the web.  I have both a novella and a short story being reviewed by a publisher for possible publication.  I am also working on a second novella.
